To download history for the La Crosse weather station right click on the "History" button and select "Save Target As". To view history you will need La Crosse "Heavy Weather" software program.
This is now working. To download La Crosse's free software for the WS 2316 go to: http://www.lacrossetechnology.com/support/software.php Down load the manual's and program for the WS 23xx weather stations. Install the program and make sure you place the history.dat file in the directory C:\HeavyWeather.
