4-wheeling paradise, Jarbidge is nestled in a
canyon along the Jarbidge River. ATV's in
the summer and snowmobiles in the winter can
ride from town to panoramic scenery at 8,000 ft.
Hikers enjoy the various habitats as they walk
into the Jarbidge Wilderness.
All services are available all year.
There is a gas
station with unleaded and diesel, a cafe, motel,
B&B, and market. A hostel, gift shop, and
RV park with hook-ups are open in the summer.
Five secluded campgrounds, situated along the
Jarbidge River, have tables, firepits, and a
toilet per campground. Rescue services are
based in Jarbidge.
The Rogerson road is open all year and
recommended for large or long vehicles.
The Gold Creek and Charleston roads are
typically open from July through October.
